Bob Usey Properties was founded on the Mississippi Gulf Coast in 1976 and has operated continuously in the Biloxi-Gulfport-D'Iberville Areas specializing in Commercial Properties and particularly in Buyer Representation.

Bob Usey Properties provides a myriad of services personally and through associated services contracting  with other individual specialties. Bob Usey Properties provide brokerage and consultation services to both buyers and sellers of commercial, residential, and developmental properties.

BROKER BACKGROUND

Bob Usey holds a BS and MS Degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and has over 30 years of experience in the real estate business. Bob has represented the Biloxi-Gulfport Area in the Mississippi State Senate from 1980-1992. Bob Usey is also a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) and received the Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR). Bob is a charter member of the Mississippi Commercial Association of Realtors having served on the board of directors. Bob is also a member of the Gulf Coast Association of Realtors , Mississippi Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
